YW Events Venue is the newest of our many spaces. It’s 5,000 square feet of canvas to design and decorate specifically with your vision.  The high ceilings, bright walls, and natural light that shine through the two oversized, functional garage doors gives it a very large feel. The restrooms are large and pretty. Another exciting feature is the large fully appointed kitchen.  This room also comes with audio/visual.

The Auditorium is our signature space with 5500 square feet with additional space on the large

20ft X 40ft stage.  This room has been used for weddings, fashion shows, conferences, square dancing, birthday parties, church services, and so much more.  The stage wall is the screen for our three projection systems that can project everything from work videos to outdoor scenes.  It has a DJ booth in the back of the room.  Behind there is an additional space used for a green room, or bride’s suite. 

The Patio, 2500 square feet outside in the open air.  The patio is a feature of the inside venue but can be rented separately.  With its own charm, it has two large fans to keep the air circulating on those hot and humid days.  Two water fountains right there on the patio for guests to immediately quench their thirst.  The space can also be decorated beautifully 

The 5000 square foot Gymnasium is another fantastic space that can be whatever you can imagine. It has been transformed from a gymnasium into a fashion boutique, into a beautiful Quinceanera ballroom and into whatever your imagination can dream of.  The size makes it so flexible and accommodating.
